With over 15 years of experience in the energy industry – including 13 years at a multinational oil company – I have a thorough understanding of the issues and challenges that companies in the field (both operators and service providers) currently face. Business oriented and enterprise enabler, I am a valuable ally in achieving the strategic and commercial objectives pursued by my clients.
I am known for providing high quality effective and rigorous legal advice, and have a practical, dynamic, empathetic, and agile working style, with a facilitating and comprehensive vision of business.
My professional career includes extensive participation in national and international infrastructure projects (Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Angola, USA) within the hydrocarbon sector, as well as in all types of contracts for the development of the oil and gas industry. In recent years, I have successfully worked on the growing development and exploitation of unconventional oil and gas in Vaca Muerta, Province of Neuquén.
With a practical and strategic vision, I have been instrumental in the success of large-scale projects and have led complex negotiations, while achieving optimal results for business. I have gained extensive experience through leading roles in the negotiation, drafting, and execution of various complex contracts, such as: (i) EPC contracts for the construction of oil and gas treatment and fraction plants; (ii) operation and maintenance contracts for hydrocarbon fields; (iii) construction of pipelines and all types of facilities for the oil and gas industry; (iv) operations and maintenance contracts for drilling equipment; (v) operations and maintenance contracts for pipelines; (vi) oilfield services contracts; (vii) equipment and materials purchase contracts; (viii) crude oil purchase and sale contracts, among others.
Additionally, I have extensive practice in general corporate advice, in civil and commercial, litigation, and labor matters, gained through my tenure in various law firms and in the Civil and Commercial Courts of the Nation.
